For each purchase of this skill a character gains a Damage Bonus with all weapon skills in the Ranger Weapons skill according to the table below.

*This bonus is rounded down, so one purchase gives a +1 damage bonus and two gives a +3 damage bonus.
This skill may be combined with other Damage Bonuses. The Ranger Proficiency skill is not hand specific.
